Addei is our Foundation for Reicherthaus German Shepherds comes, she comes from old German lines and is everything we wanted in a foundation female. Addei is a high drive primarily West German Working line with some West German Showline and East German Working lines back in her pedigree. Addei is serious with the helper leaning more towards defense drives, with a deepgenetic grip, she is absolutely clear in the head. She has an impeccable temperament. She is naturally protective and able to distinguish between friend and foe. Addei has a natural focus being more food than toy driven, but will work for either. Addei has a prancing heel and is a pleasure to work. She has an awesome natural tracking nose and will work through any conditions on a track and indication is 99%. Addei is beautiful with a dense thick plush stock coat, rich pigment, and a beautiful flowing gait. She has smaller ears and a wonderful intelligent expression. She is safe around chickens and livestock, though she is crazy on a lure course igniting her prey drives. Addei loves water and to dock dive. She is extremely intelligent; at times I think she can read my mind. She has amazing reasoning ability. Addei is perfect in the house, laying calmly by our side. She loves children, and is friendly to strangers, and neutral to friendly with other dogs. She has a strong stomach and no allergies. Addei was an awesome instinctive mother naturally protective and nurturing. She gave us our A and B litters. In her retirement she nurtures all the new puppies. We couldn’t have asked for a better foundation, we are so fortunate that Dottie Renier and Rosetta Barke of Von Der Feldweise allowed Addei to be the beginning of our breeding program.
