Badger is from the first generation of our breeding, a true once in a lifetime dog. Badger is intense in everything he does. He plays hard and works harder. He has high food drives, toy drives, prey drives, and pack drives. At the same time, he is methodical, and a deep thinker. He has great reasoning ability showing the intelligence he inherited from his ancestors. Badger has a natural focus, and is a natural in obedience, a deep nose in tracking, and deep crushing grips in protection. Under another person’s handling Badger would be a National Contender in IGP, but we have decided to not compete in IGP any longer and pursue Obedience and other venues. Badger is super sweet and has a goofy side. He loves to swim and dock dive. Badger will achieve many more titles in the future, tracking, agility, dock diving, further obedience and herding to name a few. Badger has four litters on the ground and he has produced well. We are thrilled with who he has become and what he has added to Reicherthaus German shepherds.
